Shipping>

When will my Love + Lacquer box ship?
Your Love + Lacquer box will ship on the 15th of the month every quarter or season.

How do I track my shipment?
Login into your Tezio account you created during checkout to track your order and edit your profile.

Where do you ship Love + Lacquer box?
We ship to residents in the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.

Why do you charge for shipping?
The Love + Lacquer Box will feature US and international nail polish brands. Importing nail polish into the United States is a very expensive and labor intensive process. We charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of customs. This way you can enjoy exclusive brands from around the world without the headache of dangerous goods forms, currency exchange, long waits, expensive shipping, and customs.

How do I contact you related to a missing product or a damaged product?
You have 15 days from your shipment date to report a damaged or missing product. We suggest that you contact as soon as possible, so that we can assist you. Please email us at lovelacquer@tezio.com. In the subject line please indicate Damaged or Missing Product.

Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time.

What is your Tezio Love + Lacquer return policy?
Sorry, Tezio does not accept returns or refunds for the Love + Lacquer Box. All Sales Final

What if I accidentally provide the wrong address?
Please review your shipping profile carefully to ensure the correct address. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to wrong address.

When will you bill me for my quarterly membership?
Your quarterly membership is recurring and you will be charged initially and quarterly

When will you bill me for my yearly membership?
Your yearly membership is recurring and you will be charged initially and annually

What if I sign up in the middle of a season?
Your credit card will be charged immediately to reserve your Love + Lacquer Box. Thereafter, you will be billed 15 days before ship date.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What happens if my credit card has expired?
Please log into your account and update your credit card information. We will make two attempts to charge your credit card. If after the second attempt, your credIt card is declined your account will be placed on hold and subject to suspension.

Can I bill to one address and ship to another?
Yes!

Log into your account and update your information.

What is your Love + Laquer Box cancellation policy?
Yearly subscriptions are prepaid and are nonrefundable.You may cancel yearly subscriptions at the end of your annual term.
You may cancel quarterly subscriptions 30 days before next ship date.
